We ship using Royal Mail
All orders are processed and dispatched between 48 – 72 hours after orders are received. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will ship out on the next working day.
UK Orders
All UK orders are charged at a flat fee of 3.99 GBP for standard shipping and 5.50 GBP for signed for delivery. Delivery can take between 2-5 working days, and sometimes longer depending on the season.
EU Orders
All EU orders are shipped using Royal Mail for £8.50 which takes 7-10 working days to deliver. The standard delivery has no tracking service hence no way of knowing where a parcel is at any given point in time. We will not be held liable if your order is missing, and you will need to fill out a claim form to get your money back. We advice customers to always use a track-able service to guarantee delivery.
The Rest of the World
We ship to the rest part of the world using Royal Mail for a flat rate of £20
Please note, for UAE/DUBAI orders, kindly include P.O. Box addresses for Royal Mail delivery as this shipping option does not deliver to residences or offices.
